Double DIN car stereos have a 7-inch (or larger) touchscreen and replace factory radios with a 4-inch tall opening. Many add Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, backup-camera inputs and navigation. Shop double DIN receivers from Kenwood, Pioneer, JVC, Alpine, Sony, Boss and Soundstream.
